I was a member of the Vineyard for a few years and met Stephanie when I was looking at childcare for my son who was two years old at the time. I put him in her preschool for a few months before we moved him to another one, due to my husband's views on Christianity. At that time, I was struggling and she had mentioned she did counseling with women, but I was not ready then; so I somewhat dismissed her offer to work with me. What a mistake that was!
Two years later, I found myself in a place of defeat and despair. I felt as though I had nowhere to go. I was living in sin, trying to compensate for a lot of loss, disappointment, and a marriage that was falling apart. I couldn't understand how I had gone so far away from God, and everyone I thought cared for me seemed to hurt me. In my desperation, I called out to God for help, and He sent me Stephanie. I had not talked to, or seen her, in those two years, and had no idea even how to get a hold of her. I managed to track her number down, and from that moment on, I have only moved forward, healed and although nothing in my husband has changed, our marriage is new again, and God is restoring all the things lost in my life these last several years!
Stephanie is the safest, warmest, most sincere, intuitive and wise woman I have ever met. People should be lining out the door to meet with her! During out year together, I have shared very dark things and never felt judged. I only felt the Father's love from her, and the restoration of my faith is beyond what I could ever imagine!
What sets Stephanie apart is she uses several different counseling techniques that she has trained in and experienced herself. Depending on where I was and what God wanted to do in each session, I experienced something different, but perfect. Stephanie uses inner healing, deliverence, Sozo and general counseling, depending on where and what needs to be accomplished in each session and with each person.

"I have been counseling with Stephanie for nearly two years now. During that time, we covered a wide territory. In order to get to the root of some of my issues, she took me through sessions of inner healing, deliverance, intercession, and most recently Sozo. Even though these were essential steps to change, more importantly, Stephanie was always caring and genuinely concerned about my growth in the Lord and developing a closer walk with Him. The Lord ordained for us to meet one year ago and begin counseling. The first blessing to overtake me was how the Lord pours out abundant love in Stephanie for those she's counseling. I was further blessed to go to her home, a place where the Lord's comforting presence is evident. Stephanie is so faithful and committed to prepare for your session, to go before the Lord on your behalf, and received words and scripture passages to deliver to you. I was filled with thankfulness to find in her a woman of God like the Bible talks about, that is devoted to the things of the Lord, and in turn is able to pour them out to her counselees.
The Lord further blessed me with Stephanie in that her temperament is gentle and patient and full of extra care for those of us that are a little more fearful. Above all, Stephanie is submitted to the Lord and well-skilled in hearing the Holy Spirit and allowing the Divine Counselorto lead the sessions and perform a supernatural healing. In great contrast to past counseling experiences where even more pain would mount, because the target of my pain was being so "missed," with Stephanie surrendered to the Lord's lead, He has taken me to a place where "deep calls to deep," and the deep reach of the Lord heals the deep places in me. I have come to know the truth about His love in deeper levels of my being. Time after time, I'm in awe at how He works and how He guides our sessions and reveals more of the truth of who He is.
